Yes, any hour of any day. Named people on your access list badge in through the mantrap. Anyone else needs to be booked in advance and is escorted.
The UPS carries the load instantly, the generators start within seconds and take over. We hold enough fuel on site for 72 hours at full load and have standing refuelling contracts beyond that. Transfer is tested under load every quarter.
Both. Announce your own prefixes over BGP, or take IPv4 and IPv6 allocations from us. Sessions are set up with your NOC during onboarding.
Remote hands respond within 15 minutes, at any hour. Reboots, console access and disk swaps are handled by staff who are already in the building.
